Accounting Today is looking for firms to participate in its annual rankings.

The accounting practices with the highest revenue growth in percentage terms in 2018 from Accounting Today's Top 100 and Regional Leaders list.

Both revenues and the average growth rate were up in this region. Its fastest-growing firm, Nebraska’s Lutz, was also one of the four new Top 100 Firms this year.

A deeper look at each of the leading firms from this year's ranking.

Firms in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi had above-average growth.

With the lion's share of regional revenue, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania nonetheless had below-average firm growth.

Like New England, this region saw a big jump in average firm growth — leading all parts of the country at 12.5 percent.
