The ride-hailing apps Uber and Lyft now account for over 50 percent of claims for ground transportation expenses on T&E reports, according to a new estimate.
Certify, a provider of travel and entertainment expense management software, analyzed more than 10 million business traveler receipts for its third quarter SpendSmart report. It found that Uber accounts for 48 percent of ground transportation expenses, while Lyft makes up 4 percent of the total.
