Form 1099-K

In fact, a Sovos poll of more than 1,000 tax and accounting professionals found that 51% of poll respondents indicated they did not comply with their 2020 Form 1099-NEC state reporting obligations. As a result, these organizations are at risk of state tax penalties associated with failing to file an information return as required.
