UHY Advisors and UHY LLP have merged in the professional services firm Del Conte, Hyde, Annello & Schuch, P.C., based in Farmington, Connecticut, effective May 1, 2018.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. UHY Advisors ranked 32nd on Accounting Today’s 2018 list of the Top 100 Firms, with over $140 million in annual revenue and more than 75 partners.
Del Conte’s partners and associates are expected to continue in their roles, and the firm’s office will remain in its current location in Farmington.
