Tax workpaper automation service SurePrep now offers SPbinder, an electronic binder application that integrates PDF, Excel, Word and emails into a single location.
SPbinder was designed to allow firms to create binder templates for each type of engagement, including customized, multi-tiered indexes that standardize the organization of workpapers. With the new offering, users can also index each page of a PDF file or each worksheet in an Excel workbook. This added level of indexing allows a single spreadsheet to be indexed in all of the appropriate sections of the workpapers.
The initial release of SPbinder is a beta version available to all SurePrep clients free of cost during the beta period, while the live release is scheduled for October 18th.
