Accounting software provider
The refresh includes a new brand architecture, visual and verbal identity, and product portfolio migration strategy. The rebranding will start today and is expected to continue until the end of this year.
The rebranding is accompanied by an expansion in Sage membership benefits. Every Sage customer will now get automatic access to membership benefits, such as a Member Masterclass that will be released in May, as well as other content from subject matter experts.
There will also be new services, like allowing access to Sage's accounting and bookkeeping tools directly via their bank app or web browser.
The company also announced new partnerships that reflect the new branding. For example, as an official supporter of the 2023 Rugby World Cup, Sage will be providing software to the event in partnership with Parthena Consultants. Other partnerships will be announced over the coming months.
Sage also noted that it has invested £10m in NewcastleGateshead Quays, a conference and exhibition center in Newcastle, to launch in 2024 a new art arena called Sage Arena, which will provide exhibition and conference space to showcase works to a global audience. Sage will encourage local small and midsized entities to work with them in contributing to the development and operation of the site.
Sage CEO Steve Hare said that the new brand reflects what it's been hearing from customers over the last few years.
“The refreshed Sage brand reflects the simplicity, flow and confidence that Sage can give to customers through greater control and better insights so they’re ready to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing world. It is based on real insights about our customers, our colleagues and partners, and society. It is a symbol of what we stand for, the successes that have brought us here, and a promise for the experiences we will deliver in the future as we build the trusted network for SMBs.”
