Invoiced upgrades A/R software
Invoiced, which makes accounts receivable automation software, has upgraded its product with a Smart Chasing Engine for creating automated, customizable billing communications sequences to help businesses get paid faster, provide a better customer experience and spend less time on accounts receivable. The company also announced its partnership and integration with a programmatic mail provider, Lob, so Invoiced customers can incorporate direct mail invoicing and communications into automated billing workflows.
The new Smart Chasing Engine offers:
- Customizable multi-step notifications and reminders;
- Notifications delivered automatically across multiple communication channels;
- Notifications automatically triggered by account age or past due age; and
- Intelligent consolidation of notifications for multiple outstanding invoices into total overdue balance notifications and dunning reminders.
Workiva and Broadridge enter strategic alliance
Workiva, which makes data collaboration, reporting and compliance software, has created a strategic alliance with Broadridge, provider of investor communications and data and analytics software to fintech companies. Through the alliance, Workiva customers will be able to securely send SEC Forms 10-K and proxy statements directly to Broadridge for design, printing and distribution for required shareholder communications.
ViViPay earns business of National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference
ViViPay, which provides products and services related to payments for unbanked or underbanked customers, has earned the business of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference. ViViPay will offer its financial ecosystem solution with a digital wallet linked to a Mastercard or Visa, giving parishioners who attend one of the NHCLC’s more than 40,118 million-member churches a low-cost option to a traditional bank account with no credit check. The payments company has developed a complete ecosystem of financial solutions for the unbanked and underbanked populations, such as the NHCLC. According to a 2015 FDIC study, over 40 percent of the U.S. Latino community are unbanked or underbanked, without access to basic financial services that everyone deserves. Members also receive access to Claro mobile services, a Mexican telecom group, integrated directly into their digital wallets.
