Insightsoftware buys cloud EPM and reporting platform

Insightsoftware, a corporate accounting solutions provider, has acquired JustPerform, a cloud-native planning, consolidation and reporting platform, adding its enterprise performance management capabilities to insightsoftware's portfolio.

JustPerform is touted as a cloud-native intelligent platform and a unified solution for enterprises to plan, consolidate, report and analyze. It sports a visual process designer for planning, close and reporting process definition; a built-in financial intelligence solution to provide relevant expertise in planning, close and reporting; guided process flow and workflows to execute planning and financial close processes; an Excel-like interface to reduce learning curves; process flows that enable updates to budgets, forecasts and consolidated results; and authorizations to give users more precise, secure control. 

Users can structure data by leveraging multidimensional scalable models; access automated analytics and conversational reporting; use an Excel connector compatible with any device both online and offline; get financial intelligence based on industry best practices; have security features like role-based user access, centralized access control and SOC2 compliance; and select private cloud or public cloud deployment options.
