IDEA Teams with Audimation on Risk Monitoring

CaseWare IDEA and Houston-based Audimation Services have launched SymSure for IDEA continuous auditing and monitoring risk management software.

The software stems from an ongoing agreement between CaseWare IDEA and Toronto-based SymSure Ltd. It combines IDEA’s data analysis functions with SymSure’s workflow and documentation framework. Audimation Services will be the sole U.S. distributor.

Customized tests are developed using IDEAScript, based on industry-standard programming language. SymSure for IDEA’s workflow management and dashboards aim to simplify day-to-day exception monitoring, management, reporting and resolution of issues.
