Top 10 Firm Grant Thornton released its empower.x application, which guides entities through organizational changes.
The new application will be used by GT professionals, leveraging data to provide a range of capacities related to internal organizational matters for their clients:
- Collect and store information on a client's impacted stakeholder groups;
- Regularly measure client readiness to adopt and sustain organizational change;
- Identify and monitor how specific organizational changes will impact a client's stakeholder groups;
- Create, manage and execute communications plans for clients, including calendars, workflows and review procedures;
- Monitor how engaged and effective a client's change agents are in driving transformation activities; and,
- Create and manage training plans, develop educational materials and execute programs while tracking stakeholder progress.
