Engineered Tax Services, a Florida-based tax advisory firm, announced it has partnered with professional employer organization guHRoo, thus allowing it to offer payroll, HR and employee benefits services.
ETS chose guHRoo because of its propriety AI-driven software, which helps accounting firms and their clients administer day-to-day benefits and payroll functions through a strong support team and proprietary software, bolstered by an investment in artificial intelligence. In addition to payroll processing, the technology can analyze and automate timekeeping, performance management, hiring and employee engagement.
The two companies share a similar focus on smaller businesses, as well as an eye towards charitable activities.
