Eide Bailly, a Top 20 Firm based in Fargo, North Dakota, has added Secore & Niedzialek PC, a CPA and tax planning firm based in Phoenix.
The merger will add two partners and 10 staff members to Eide Bailly. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Eide Bailly ranked No. 19 on Accounting Today's 2023 list of the Top 100 Firms. The firm reported annual revenue of $616 million over the past year and has over 3,300 staff members, including more than 350 partners.

"The firm's extensive track record and deep industry expertise make them the perfect complement to Eide Bailly. We have seen incredible growth in the Phoenix and Scottsdale markets recently. This combination will further build Eide Bailly's brand and market depth in a thriving region."
Secore & Niedzialek president Earl Secore and shareholder Ted Niedzialek co-founded the firm in 1986.
