Dean Dorton acquires SaaS solutions provider

Top 100 Firm Dean Dorton has acquired DeRosa Mangold Consulting, a SaaS solutions provider based in Waco, Texas, to expand its portfolio of specialized accounting software and ERP solutions. 

The acquisition adds to the Lexington, Kentucky-based firm's accounting software products, particularly in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, with Dean Dorton integrating Sage 100 and Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations products.

Dean Dorton will retain DeRosa Mangold's clients and employees to continue offering customized integrations to ERP systems such as Sage Intacct to streamline operations, enhance real-time data access, and improve scalability and flexibility.
