Payroll services company CompuPay has partnered with online business incorporation provider BizFilings to provide discounted CompuPay payroll services to BizFilings customers and BizFilings special offers to CompuPay clients.
BizFilings, a Wolters Kluwer business, offers small-business owners a way to form a corporation, limited liability company, or other business structure online or by phone.
Many newly incorporated companies have a need for payroll services and may not be aware of their options, said CompuPay senior vice president of business development Kathey Palmer.
