Citrin Cooperman, a Top 25 Firm in New York, has acquired Mibar, a business software consulting firm also located in New York.
The deal will add Mibar's two partners, over 30 employees and more than $12 million in revenue to the firm. Citrin ranked No. 21 on Accounting Today's 2023 list of the Top 100 Firms. The firm earns about $700 million in annual revenue and has over 450 partners and 2,800 employees. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition also expands Citrin Cooperman's existing digital services practice, led by managing partner Eric Casazza. Mibar specializes in enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management software, along with business intelligence, artificial intelligence, NetSuite and Microsoft technology.
