The deal expands BPM’s footprint in Southern California. Financial terms were not disclosed. BPM, formerly known as Burr Pilger Mayer, ranked No. 44 on Accounting Today’s 2021 list of the Top 100 Firms. The firm is forecasting $170 million in annual revenue, including revenue from Gumbiner. Gumbiner Savett ranked No. 25 on the Regional Leaders list for the West, with $18 million in annual revenue.
