BDO expands NetSuite capabilities in pharma

Top 10 Firm BDO USA said Tuesday it will be adding 14 full-time AdaptaLogix professionals to its digital team in a deal that's expected to be completed on Nov. 16.

AdaptaLogix is an Oracle NetSuite Solutions provider and developer that focuses on the pharmaceutical industry. The AdaptaLogix professionals will join BDO Digital, a BDO subsidiary that provides a portfolio of technology and transformation services for the middle market. The merger is expected to strengthen and expand BDO Digital's enterprise resource planning capabilities, especially for pharmaceutical companies looking for help with supply chain management.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. BDO USA ranked No. 6 on Accounting Today's 2022 list of the Top 100 Firms. For the 12-month period ending April 30, 2022, BDO USA's revenue was $2.49 billion. AdaptaLogix will be adding one partner and 13 full-time employees to BDO USA, which will also continue work with 20 affiliated contractors. BDO USA has 820 partners and 9,671 U.S. professional staff.
