Services are delivered through a membership model that offers unlimited access via AuditClub Care, as well as exclusive access to a team of chief auditors, through technology-enabled month-to-month passes, available at three different price levels to scale with the scope of a project. Through these services, firms will be able to access audit talent without necessarily having to invest in hiring and training a partner or manager.
Chris Vanover, CEO and chief auditor of AuditClub, said in an email that the company's previous model was a traditional billable hour model via an annual support plan that locked a firm into a pre-defined number of recurring hours each quarter. The new model offers varying levels of access to team members on a fractional basis. This means firms will be able to join without any long-term commitment. They are able to access the company's team of chief auditors throughout the membership year, but with month-to-month flexibility as needed.
They will also have customized access to AuditClub Scheduler, the company's online scheduling technology that allows passholders to reserve exclusive access with chief auditors in the form of All Access Days, Partial Access Days or Quick Access. There will also be access to AuditClub Care, which offers all members with an active monthly pass complimentary and unlimited email access for non-complex questions.
"Our goal is to provide responsive, high-quality audit and assurance services for CPA firms that may not have the in-house talent or expertise to deliver these services efficiently and effectively," Vanover wrote. "Many firms are experiencing a critical shortage of qualified human capital, or their partners and managers are well beyond capacity, and even turning down new opportunities. Rather than reaching out to a recruiter or an independent contractor, now they have AuditClub to bring them peace of mind with immediate access to an entire team of experienced CPAs and specialists on demand."
