Accounting Today is conducting its annual "Year Ahead" survey, and is looking for input from public accountants across the country on their plans for 2022.
The annual survey aims to identify the key strategies, growth drivers and best practices that tax and accounting practices are looking to implement over the next 12 months, as well the issues that are top of mind for them. Areas of focus include:
- Growth plans and expectations;
- Expectations for tech spending;
- M&A plans;
- Hiring plans;
- Technology spending; and,
- Marketing.
With the COVID-19 pandemic still ongoing, this year's survey will take a particular focus on how firms are managing both a remote workforce and the eventual return to the workplace.
