Tipalti payment products upgraded for audit preparedness

Tipalti Multi-Entity, which helps businesses manage accounts payable processes across multiple entities with one consolidated headquarter payer account, has the following new features:

  • Visibility control and access for an optimized workflow, allowing users to only view and process invoices for the entities they manage to keep them focused on their own bill data;
  • Better audit preparedness, improving financial and fraud controls; and
  • Subsidiary-specific communications to payees with the subsidiary’s email address and branding.

The Tipalti Multi-FX module, designed to manage multiple foreign currency payments across global entities, has the following new features:
  • Gives businesses access to live foreign exchange rates and enables full transparency to track currency conversion status;
  • Enables self-service execution of bank transfers directly within Tipalti; and
  • Supports over 30 currencies.


Lukka names former State Street exec as CFO

Lukka, which makes institutional cryptocurrency asset software, has named Kinga Bosse as its new chief financial officer. Bosse joins the company from State Street, where she served as global head of strategic investments and partnerships. There she led all global strategic alliances and consortia and managed the strategic minority investments portfolio for the financial services company. In her new role, Bosse will oversee all aspects of Lukka’s financial positions and fundraising while helping to continue to drive the firm’s growth strategy among traditional financial institutions.

“Having led State Street’s investment in Lukka’s Series C, I was given the unique opportunity to understand the company, its growth potential, and the institutional crypto ecosystem as a whole. DigiCert intros e-signature solution

DigiCert, which offers cybersecurity solutions, has debuted an e-signature solution for digital documents. The DigiCert Document Signing Manager validates that the signer identity is correct and that the signed document has not been modified. The new product is part of DigiCert ONE, a public key infrastructure management solution.
