Payroll and human capital management software provider Paychex announced several new features as part of its latest product release. They include a compensation summary report, secure document management, financial wellness services and the Paychex Iris Time Clock.

Paystand introduces card with crypto rewards

Paystand, which offers blockchain-based business-to-business payment software, has launched a business expense card that allows users to earn Bitcoin with every purchase. They will not need to redeem points to earn crypto rewards, as it happens automatically. Beyond earning cryptocurrency, Paystand’s new product also allows for instant provisioning of both physical and virtual cards, real-time tracking of transactions, and customizable spending controls.

New SAP tool uses survey data to shape experience

SAP SE announced a new offering that integrates survey data on underlying IT systems with other operational data to offer more insight into how end users might react to process changes to better optimize outcomes in response to customer sentiment. The announcement comes shortly after the acquisition of Signavio by SAP in March 2021. SAP said SAP Signavio will be a brand of SAP.

FP&A solution provider closes on $2M in seed funding

Financial planning and analysis software provider Clockwork has closed on a $2 million seed round investment from Underscore VC in Boston, which specializes in working with vertically oriented software-as-a-service companies. The software is designed for startups and growing businesses, and their advisors, and integrates with QuickBooks and Xero.

Partnerships, integrations and M&A

ERP software provider SYSPRO announced a partnership with Priority Holding Technologies that will enable users to implement AP automation and digitize supplier payment capabilities within SYSPRO ERP Software. … Accounts payable automation software company Medius has acquired OnPay Solutions, an invoice payments provider, to integrate payment processing directly into its source-to-pay platform.
