Forvis releases Physical Climate Risk Dashboard

Forvis, a Top 10 Firm, collaborated with climate risk analytics firm Jupiter Intelligence to release a Physical Climate Risk Dashboard. The new tool combines Forvis' business intelligence and reporting experience with Jupiter's ClimateScore product across sectors of the economy. The dashboard will offer clients climate data and science-based intelligence to support their sustainability, decarbonization and net zero strategies.

Cybercriminals get corporate

A recent report from the National Bureau of Economic Research found criminal organizations carry out the majority of cryptocurrency-enabled cybercrime and have become increasingly professionalized to the point of having corporate-like operations with physical offices, franchising, and affiliation programs (see more here).

CPACharge, an accounting-specialized payment solutions provider, is partnering with QuickBooks Online to let users automatically upload CPACharge transactions through QBO, providing real-time insights on profits and taxes. … Accounting association CPAmerica welcomed SafeSend as a preferred provider for the group, giving member firms access to SafeSend's technologies. SafeSend is now one of more than 60 CPAmerica preferred providers. 

New hires and appointments

Lease optimization solutions provider Visual Lease has promoted Amie Durr to chief product officer; she will be the company's first CPO. … AbacusNext, a software solutions provider specializing in the accounting and legal professions, added Greg Reynolds as chief technology officer, Arik Moav as chief financial officer and James O'Connell-Cooper as senior vice president of marketing.

Technology and cybersecurity solutions provider Visory has successfully completed Service Organization Control 2 Type II certification for its hosting business.
