Payments solutions provider Bill announced launched the Bill Divvy Reserve Card, a company card program designed to give businesses greater flexibility over spending, enhanced control over credit limits, and the opportunity to optimize cash-back rewards. Businesses can earn cash back on every purchase, starting at a rate of 1.5%, and increasing to 1.75%, with a minimum monthly spend of $100,000. They can withdraw from security deposits whenever needed, and the deposits can be adjusted at any time or frequency. Credit limits are determined by the security deposit placed in the Bill Spend & Expense account. The program will automate, manage and centralize spend controls and expense management within the integrated Bill Spend & Expense platform. The Bill Divvy Reserve Card is now available to businesses that meet the requirements. 

KPMG announces KPMG Velocity business transformation suite

Big Four firm KPMG announced a new AI-driven platform, KPMG Velocity, which combines KPMG firms' existing multibillion-dollar business transformation solutions suite and adds a layer of AI tools and a common methodology. The combined solution brings together KPMG Connected Enterprise, KPMG Powered Enterprise, KPMG Trusted Imperative and KPMG Elevate into a single platform aimed at assisting KPMG professionals in helping clients design and execute digital transformation journeys. The software integrates with AI and other technologies and connects a client's current strategy to a future blueprint. The program includes assessments, tools, templates and pre-configured solutions to help clients implement changes on their platforms.  

Sovos achieves full SAP certification on suite

Tax compliance solutions provider Sovos has achieved full SAP certification for its Indirect Tax Suite, which includes VAT and sales tax determination, e-invoicing and filing. With Sovos' Indirect Tax Suite, SAP customers can implement a global tax compliance solution aligned with their S/4HANA migration strategy. Sovos' Indirect Tax Suite for SAP integrates with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, automates tax determination, e-invoicing and reporting, and aligns with SAP Clean Core principles. Key features of the Sovos Indirect Tax Suite for SAP include automatic global tax determination, real-time invoicing and continuous transaction controls compliance, tools for tax reporting and filing, recognition of the SAP Clean Core Compliance initiative, embedded analytics for compliance monitoring and scalability with a united platform.

Accounting and auditing analytics software company Caseware said that AI governance platform Holistic AI has been chosen as a strategic foundation of Caseware's AI strategy to provide ongoing assurance and visibility of Caseware's safety standards. The companies recently completed an independent evaluation of the safety and security features within Caseware AiDA, the organization's AI digital assistant, performed via the Holistic AI Governance Platform. The Holistic AI Governance Platform's evaluation process, which assigned Caseware AiDA a low-risk rating, validated that sufficient steps have been taken to mitigate the risks found in the areas of transparency, efficacy, robustness and privacy through qualitative and quantitative testing. … Accounting and advisory solutions provider Centri announced a partnership with financial planning and analysis platform Vena Solutions. The partnership will enable clients to leverage Vena's advanced FP&A software, combined with Centri's industry expertise, to streamline their financial planning processes and decision-making. The collaboration will provide personalized solutions to help businesses achieve their financial goals. … Sidetrade, which makes AI-powered order-to-cash applications, and Interpath, an international advisory firm, have announced an alliance relationship. The alliance with Sidetrade will support the firm's continued growth and enhance its ability to create, defend, preserve, sustain and grow value for its clients through working capital optimization. In turn, Sidetrade will be able to draw on Interpath's advisory capabilities across a wide range of markets and channels to help leadership teams with their order-to-cash operations. … Accounting solutions provider Merge announced a formal partnership and integration with payroll solutions provider Gusto. The integration will be offered to all clients on Merge's professional and enterprise plans. The move enables automated provisioning and gifting, headcount planning and training assignment options, among other things. Merge also announced four other integrations this month with Leapsome, Dayforce, ADP Decidium and Crelate. … Avalara, a tax compliance and automation solutions provider, announced a strategic partnership with energy and commodity management solutions provider ION Commodities. As a technology partner in Avalara's Partner Program, ION Commodities' solutions will standardize integration with Avalara's AvaTax for Energy tax engine solution to address the complexities of tax compliance in energy trading and logistics. The forthcoming integration will offer energy companies an automated tax compliance solution. … B2B tech company SandboxAQ has expanded its relationship with Big Four firm Deloitte to offer SandboxAQ's AI LQM simulation products and solutions along with Deloitte's services capabilities to organizations worldwide. SandboxAQ's AQBioSim and AQChemSim solutions leverage Large Quantitative Models to accelerate product development across a broad range of sectors, including biopharma. Deloitte will augment these offerings with its data and life sciences experience combined with its business and technology acumen.

Practice management solutions provider Canopy announced the appointment of Hanna Bjornn as its vice president of product. Previously she was managing partner at Remedy Partners, a product management consultancy. In addition to welcoming Bjornn to the team, Canopy is also making a significant investment in its R&D efforts by expanding its team and investing heavily in AI and automation. … Payment and practice management solutions provider Ignition appointed Bec Donnelly as senior vice president of people and culture. As former VP of people at SiteMinder, Donnelly oversaw operations, talent acquisition and organizational development, and in 2021, held the role of acting chief people officer during a successful IPO. … Small business accounting platform Xero announced that Jeff Ryan will replace Nicole Reid as chief people officer. Starting April 1, he will be responsible for leading Xero's people experience function globally. Xero also announced that Claire Bramley will be Xero's new chief financial officer, effective April 1. She will join Xero from Teradata, an NYSE-listed global cloud database and analytics software provider, where she has been CFO since 2021.
