Robert Kase has been promoted to partner at Rosen, Sapperstein & Friedlander LLC, Towson. He will work with the Tax Department to improve efficiency while handling engagements for many of the firm’s high net-worth and complex corporate clients, as well as developing new practice areas to expand RS&F’s information technology and cybersecurity service offerings.

Scott Davis has joined Rodman CPAs, Waltham, as a senior tax manager. He previously had his own practice in New Hampshire for five years. Prior to that, he spent more than 10 years working at a number of Big Four firms.
