Jeffrey Weiner, chairman and CEO of Marcum, New York, was inducted into the Long Island Business Hall of Fame at a ceremony hosted by Long Island Business News Nov. 8. Weiner was one of 12 individuals recognized for their influence in the growth and success of Long Island. In other Marcum news, Peter Scavuzzo, partner and chief information officer, was named Innovative Technology Leader of the Year by LEA Global, recognized for leading Marcum’s digital transformation and his advocacy of leveraging technology to ensure the firm remains competitive.
Mark Marten, principal at Mazars, New York, joined the firm’s health care consulting group.
PENNSYLVANIA

Michael Eby and Leonard Metkowski were admitted to the partnership, and Carrie Booth and Johnathon Heller were hired as managers, in the tax services group at RKL, Lancaster. Additionally, Amy Baker Trapp and Amanda Robinson were hired as consultants in RKL’s human resources consulting practice.
