Lindsay Bixler, a manager in the audit services group at RKL, Harrisburg, was named one of the Central Penn Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 honorees, an annual recognition of the region’s best and brightest young business leaders. Bixler and the other honorees will be honored at a ceremony at the Hilton Harrisburg on Oct. 7.
