EY also announced that Paul Stroud was named EY Americas deputy vice chair of tax services, replacing Jeff Banta, who took on the role of EY global law co-leader; and Craig Hillier was appointed EY Americas ITS leader, replacing Jeff Michalak, who becomes the EY global ITS leader.

Weaver, Houston, announced group leadership changes: Brian Reed, partner-in-charge of transaction advisory services and private equity services to work with both Kevin Sanford, leader of the national financial services industry group, and Melvin Hunt, partner-in-charge and leader of the commercial services industry group.
