FLORIDA

Keith L. Jones CPA, Jacksonville, announced an agreement with Tax Mob to sponsor the cocktail party at its upcoming Tax Mob 2024 event, June 18-21, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado.

ILLINOIS

Baker Tilly

Baker Tilly, Chicago, admitted 41 new principals. The full list is available here.

Niko Eppolito was hired as an audit senior at MichaelSilver, Deerfield.

Dean Sengstock was selected to lead the new Professional Services+ practice, an evolution of the former RSM Alliance, at RSM US, Chicago.

Steve Ferrara, chief operating officer at BDO USA, announced his retirement after 33 years with the firm. He will be succeeded by assurance principal Mark Ellenbogen, who will assume the role of COO on July 1.

Nathan Davis, Courtney Gregory, Mark Hepner, Jeremy Landon, Ashley Peabody and Ryan Smith were admitted as partners at CapinCrouse, Indianapolis.

Dayton Benway

Dayton Benway, managing principal at Baker Newman Noyes, Portland, announced his intention to retire from the firm at the end of 2024. Benway, who served in the role for the past six years, will work closely with the firm's management committee to ensure a smooth transition process and work with the next managing principal once they have been identified.

MISSOURI

Boomer Consulting, Kansas City, announced the launch of the Boomer Knowledge Network, a subscription-based platform delivering resources to help accounting firms grow and become more profitable.
