The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board announced Mark Adler will return to the PCAOB as acting director of the Division of Enforcement and Investigations. Current DEI director Patrick Bryan was set to depart Sept. 15. Additionally, the PCAOB appointed Kent Bonham as director of the Office of Communications and Engagement.
