The Indiana CPA Society announced finalists for the 2024 INCPAS Awards honoring outstanding CPAs and related professionals in Indiana. INCPAS also announced as winners, for the Advocacy Award: Benjamin Smith, Estep, Doctor & Co. PC; INCPAS Volunteer of the Year Award: Amanda Horvath, Katz, Sapper & Miller LLP; Chair's Award: Anita Sherman, retired; and the Distinguished Service Award: Kevin Hamernik, Forvis Mazars. In other news, INCPAS and NABA launched ConnectIN, a collaborative initiative designed to strengthen talent pipelines, workforce development and entrepreneurship in accounting, finance, business, AI and emerging technologies.
