Marcum is resuming its annual Marcum Day of Service in-person Nov. 23, closing offices for the day to encourage the firm's 3,500 partners and associates to volunteer with local charities.
Asmâa Resmouki was named president of the International Federation of Accountants, serving as the first IFAC president from the Africa-Middle East region and the third female president. She will serve a two-year term through November 2024. Additionally, IFAC elected Jean Bouquot as deputy president, and also added to the board: Kathryn Byrne, Francisco Sant'Anna and Sidharta Utama.
