Carrie Summerlin

Carrie Summerlin was named to the newly created role of chief growth and innovation officer at the Florida Institute of CPAs, Orlando, where she will lead a team that will create and implement strategies aimed at enhancing member value through a focus on sustainable growth.

Trish Casdorph

Trish Casdorph, Rebecca Phillips and Kristin Ward were named partners at Antares Group, Conyers.

ILLINOIS

Nicola McCoy was appointed chief information security officer at RSM, Illinois.

MichaelSilver, Deerfield, was named one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois 2022 for the eighth consecutive year.

INDIANA

MARYLAND

Azunna Anyanwu, chief technology officer at Aronson, Rockville, was recognized by the AOTMP (Association of Telecom, Mobility and IT Management Professionals) as its 2022 IT Management Professional of the Year in its annual industry awards.

NEW JERSEY

Jenifer Mendieta

Jenifer Mendieta, staff accountant in the attest department at RRBB Accountants and Advisors, was awarded a $6,500 college scholarship by the New Jersey Society of CPAs.

Sandy Torchia

Sandy Torchia was appointed to the newly created role of vice chair, talent and culture, at KPMG, New York, where she will bring together the firm’s talent and culture groups under one organization to grow talent and foster inclusion and innovation. Torchia, who will also be joining the management committee, has worked at KPMG for 25 years, most recently as national managing partner of the advisory practice.
