Michael Van Hooser was promoted to partner and David Chappell to director of audit at EGP CPAs & Consultants, North Little Rock.

Vicken Haleblian

Vicken Haleblian was named the next CEO and managing partner at HCVT, Los Angeles, effective May 1, succeeding co-founder Philip Holthouse, who will assume the newly created role of chairman.
