CONNECTICUT

The Trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation, Norwalk, announced that executive director John Auchincloss will retire from his role on Sept. 30, 2025, with a search for his successor to begin immediately. Auchincloss joined the FAF as vice president and general counsel in May 2016, was named acting executive director in 2019, and executive director in 2020. In other news, FAF announced the appointment of Autumn Hindman, chief financial officer for MeatEater, Inc.,  to the Private Company Council for a term beginning Jan. 1, 2025, and concluding Dec. 31, 2027.
