CALIFORNIA

Michael Meschures

Michael Meschures was promoted to partner in the private client services group at MGO, Los Angeles.

Cathy Hyodo, market managing principal at Grant Thornton, Los Angeles, was named to the LA500 list by the Los Angeles Business Journal, recognizing the city's most accomplished business leaders, for the sixth consecutive year.

FLORIDA

Atticus Frank was hired as regional director of the Florida valuation group at HBK Valuation Group within HBK CPAs & Consultants, Sarasota.

GEORGIA

Bowman & Co., Voorhees, announced the recipients of two of its scholarship awards. The firm bestowed the Lisa A. Donahue scholarship award, given in honor of Donahue for her dedicated service to the CPA profession and to memorialize her life, to Rutgers University student Antonette Almendras; and the John F. Dailey scholarship award, memorializing retired partner and past New Jersey Society of CPAs president Dailey, to Rowan University student and current Bowman & Co. intern John Zerillo.
