Top 25 Firm Wipfli has added CRM reseller and implementer ApostleTech in Arizona; Top 100 Firm Blue & Co. has expanded in its home state of Indiana by combining with Alerding CPA Group; and Top 50 Firm Mazars grew its foothold in the Boston area by adding Samet & Co.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal will add 21 associates to Wipfli, and more than 20 clients. ApostleTech CEO Kyle Aulerich will join Wipfli as a principal.
ApostleTech is a leader in customer relationship management implementations, particularly for the construction, homebuilding, financial, manufacturing and nonprofit industries. IT implements and supports Salesforce, HubSpot and Mulesoft.

The combination will give Blue greater market share in the Indianapolis area, and will add 20 employees. Four of them will serve as directors, including Alerding founding member Mike Staton and Dave Garrett, who had both previously worked at Blue, and Jered Fuquay and Sarah Gregory, while Lou Ann Taylor will join as director emeritus.
Alerding brings niche experience serving the manufacturing, construction, nonprofit, professional services and technology industries with expertise in a range of areas, including employee stock ownership plans, trustee services, M&A, succession planning, and tax strategies.
MASSACHUSETTS
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The combination will expand New York-based Mazar's foothold in the Boston market, and will add five partners, three managing directors and 65 professionals to Mazars.
Samet & Co. has provided financial, tax and consulting solutions for privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals for more than 50 years. It has offices in Chestnut Hill and Brewster, Massachusetts.
