PKF O'Connor Davies, a Top 50 Firm based in New York, has added Archambault & Associates, a firm in Wakefield, Massachusetts, that specializes in trust and estate matters and private client group services, effective Jan. 1, 2023.
As part of the deal, Archambault principal and managing director Susan Archambault and her four employees will join PKFOD's office in Woburn, Massachusetts. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. PKF O'Connor Davies ranked No. 26 on Accounting Today's 2022 list of the Top 100 Firms, with $252 million in annual revenue, over 150 partners and more than 1,100 employees. Archambault & Associates is a $1.5 million, five-member firm.

Archambault & Associates was founded in 1991, and offers services for both individual and fiduciary clients, including personal, estate, gift, trust and business tax matters. The firm handles estate taxation and administration, trust funding and administration, tax preparation, tax planning, IRS representation, tax cost accounting, fiduciary accounting, and asset consolidation and simplification.
Last February, PKFOD added Judelson, Giordano and Siegel CPA, a firm in Middletown and Poughkeepsie, New York, and
Simon, Tapper, Edelman & Wilner, a firm in Hackensack, New Jersey. In 2021, it acquired another New Jersey firm,
LB Goodman & Co., in Fair Lawn, and added
DGC LLP (formerly DiCicco, Gulman & Co.), in Boston.
