Tech news: Lockstep app now available on Acumatica marketplace, and more

Lockstep, which makes cloud software for accounts receivable and payable, is now certified by and available on the Acumatica marketplace. Acumatica makes cloud-based enterprise resource planning software.

Lockstep acquired Anytime Collect last year, which made software for automated customer communication and bill collection. The resulting product, Lockstep Collect, is an automated customer onboarding and contact management solution.

Beanworks, which makes AP automation software, has released an integration for Microsoft Dynamics GP. The automation provides teams with an overview of the AP process with a digital audit trail of every AP document and the approval history. It also syncs invoice and payment information with Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Through the software, invoices are received electronically, or scanned in by batch; header information is then captured automatically and verified. Invoices can also be automatically matched to purchase orders, and once approved, vendor payments can be initiated from within Beanworks.

Gotransverse, which makes intelligent enterprise billing software, has added several new features:

• Collections services including added payment plans, cure notifications, and broken promise-to-pay action management;
• Extended service suspension and reactivation billing option management;
• Voided usage retention/processing;
• Invoice on order;
• Account-specific billing scheduling;
• Extended rating and billing precision;
• Automated credit adjustment expiration and write-offs; and
• Extended role-based security management capabilities.
