FloQast, which makes accounting workflow automation software for the monthly close, has released a new product called FloQast ReMind. The solution is a request management workflow add-on to the FloQast Close software.

With ReMind, requests can be automated, customized and scheduled. Users can create public or private information requests using pre-configured or customizable templates. All requested information is managed within a centralized view of task completion, responses, message performance, summarized information and documents. Finally, ReMind gives a dashboard view of bottlenecks and exceptions so teams can take action.

Biller Genie adds customization features to AR software

  • A live preview of the reminder is shown on screen as it’s being edited, so the firm gets the look it wants.
  • A new billing center allows users to view subscription information and update credit card information by clicking the profile icon.
  • The Help Center has been upgraded with new how-to guides and videos.
