Berdon, New York, partners with Rutgers Continuous Auditing and Reporting Lab to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of real estate company audits.
The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants and the Financial Management Association named three professors as recipients of the 2019 Innovation in Teaching Finance Award. First prize was given to Andrew Cohen, university distinguished teacher, Entsminger Fellow, trading room manager and finance lecturer at Old Dominion University for using gamification investment concepts to optimize student learning. Runners up were Ravi Shukla, associate professor of finance at Syracuse University, and Pankaj Maskara, associate professor of finance at Nova Southeastern University.
