ADP brings payroll platform to Canada and Mexico

ADP has expanded its Next Gen Payroll platform to Canada and Mexico. The software is already live with its first client in Mexico, ADP reports.

The cloud-based Next Gen Payroll offers company policy management, global compliance capabilities and continuous calculation.

Quadient updates document management software

Quadient has released version 1.2 of its cloud-based document management software Quadient Impress. The updated version includes architecture upgrades to speed the task of preparing and sending customer communications on-site or remotely with greater scalability and security.

SafeSend rebrands

SafeSend, which makes tax workflow software, has rebranded with a new website, logo design and additional online resources for customers. The new look is meant to better represent its line of automation solutions for accountants and tax professionals.

Rippling releases time and attendance tracking

Rippling has added time and attendance tracking to its HR platform. The module syncs with the payroll and general ledger modules. Rippling offers a workflow where the entire time-tracking process is integrated, including checking in, approving hours, running payroll and posting journal entries.

Lukka and IHS Markit enable 1099-B reporting for derivatives

Lukka is collaborating with IHS Markit to create and deliver Forms 1099-B for LedgerX, a cryptocurrency derivatives exchange and clearinghouse regulated by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission. tax reporting accuracy is an important part of legitimizing cryptocurrency use and exchange.
