Marcus Wagner is founder and CEO of AcctTwo, a business process outsourcing firm for middle-market companies. He has more than 20 years of experience working with large, midsized and small companies in the areas of financial accounting and auditing, process and internal controls consulting, and management advisory services. His career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent time in the financial audit and risk advisory practices. He was a co-founding partner of Calvetti, Ferguson & Wagner, an accounting firm, before founding AcctTwo.
