Tallie and Nexonia, which both make travel and expense management solutions, have merged.
Tallie CEO Chris Farrell will head the new company, which will continue to operate out of offices in Canada and the United States.
Together the companies will form a time and expense management platform comprised of SaaS financial management software and configurable integrations. The new entity offers integrations with the major accounting software players, including Intacct, Netsuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft, Sage and Xero.
