OnPay, a payroll software provider, has joined Xero’s certified app partner program, which welcomes apps that are thoroughly vetted and tested with Xero’s customers. The partnership can be seen as part of the growing demand for robust payroll functionality within and in partnership with accounting software.
OnPay and Xero feature an API integration, which automatically updates Xero with financial information from payroll, HR, and benefits-related transactions in OnPay. Accountants and small businesses use OnPay to track wage expenses by department, pay type or tracking categories. The advanced expense tracking allows users to set up custom reports in Xero and organize their finances in the way that makes the most sense for their business.
