Carr, Riggs & Ingram is expanding its presence in Southeast Texas by merging in McGee, Miller & Co. in Conroe.
The merger adds to Enterprise, Ala.-based CRI’s existing offices in the Austin and Houston areas. CRI ranked 21st on Accounting Today’s 2016 list of the Top 100 Firms, with $195.14 million in annual revenue.
“As we consistently enter new markets and evolve our service offerings, we are also focused on expansion in established CRI markets–such as Houston,” said CRI chairman and managing partner William H. Carr in a statement. “This new Conroe office complements our locations in Houston and The Woodlands and strengthens our presence along the northern I-45 corridor.”
McGee, Miller & Co., LLP was founded in 1960 as a full-service accounting firm specializing in providing services to health care providers, construction companies, manufacturing and distribution companies, and consumer products organizations.
CRI specializes in servicing construction companies, manufacturing and distribution companies, health care entities, not-for-profit organizations, governmental entities, financial institutions and insurance companies.
