Anton & Chia, LLP and Anton, Bryson & Schindler Chartered Professional Accountants LLP have completed a tiered acquisition of McCormack, Su & Company in the U.S. and Canada in an effort to grow their Asia practice.
Anton, Bryson & Schindler CPAs, LLP, based in Canada, acquired the Canadian practice of McCormack, Su & Company Inc., while Anton & Chia, LLP, based in Newport Beach, Calif., acquired the U.S. reporting clients.
Anton & Chia focuses on providing assurance, tax and advisory services to domestic and international clients. It has over 135 SEC filing public companies and broker dealers. Anton, Bryson & Schindler CPAs, LLP, formerly Morine & Co. CPA, LLP, is a full-service Canadian accounting firm.
“I have personally worked with the partners of McCormack, Su & Company, Inc. for almost 4 years,” said Anton & Chia managing partner Gregory A. McCormack, Su & Company Inc. was founded in 1988 and has been providing accounting services to a wide range of clients in various industry sectors. It has two offices in British Columbia: Vancouver Island (Cobble Hill) and an office in downtown Vancouver.
