Certify, a provider of financial management and travel expense software, has introduced Certify Purchasing, its first product for the procure-to-pay market.
The SaaS-based system automates purchasing-related tasks, including requisitions and vendor payments. Routing capabilities allow line-of-business managers to set up purchase-approval thresholds, tolerances, escalations and proxy configurations. Users can access the system from a desktop computer or mobile phone to automate workflow and budget controls.
Once a purchase has been approved in the system, invoices are digitally matched to purchase orders and packing slips, depending on how the system is configured.
