CapinCrouse LLP, which primarily provides services to not-for-profit clients, has expanded its practice with the addition of New York-based Lambrides, Lamos, Taylor CPAs LLP. The combination is expected to take effect on June 1, 2013.
Lambrides’s staff will join CapinCrouse’s team, and partner Robert Taylor will hold onto his role as partner.
Both firms provide accounting, auditing and advisory services to not-for-profit organizations. The two will now be able to offer a broader range of services and resources.
“We are very excited about this expansion and believe it holds significant benefits for our clients,” CapinCrouse managing partner William Haller said in a statement. “Lambrides shares our mission and passion to serve not-for-profit organizations, and brings a high level of expertise and professionalism to the firm. Together we can help not-for-profit clients maximize their resources to fulfill their missions.”
With the new addition CapinCrouse now has 11 offices, 16 partners and more than 130 employees throughout the U.S.
