Garrett says he hopes to inspire accountants to open up more and see each other as multi-dimensional, embracing the uniqueness professionals develop outside of work.
"We all graduated college; most of us are CPAs," stated Garrett. "The thing that makes us different is what we do outside of work, so each week, I'll talk with accountants who differentiate themselves by being unique - like a green apple in a red apple world. Accountants everywhere are doing some really interesting things after they leave the office, so why not discuss their hobbies and how talking about them at work impacts their career?"
