Epicor Software, business software solutions provider for retail, manufacturing, distribution and services organizations, announced the acquisition of ShopVisible, a privately held provider of cloud retail order management and digital commerce solutions.
Epicor expects the acquisition of ShopVisible, with retailer and branded manufacturer customers like 3M, Liberty Hardware and Tempur-Pedic, to expand its extended omni-channel solutions for midsize and large retail chains.
The ShopVisible Digital Commerce solution enables retailers to manage content, product information, pricing, wish lists, shipping and ratings and reviews, and offers packaged integration to third-party systems.
ShopVisible Order Management offers stand-alone order management for business processes for both business-to-consumer and business-to-business order processing.
